Leave of Absence
What is a Leave of Absence (LOA)?
Sometimes a situation arises that cause an employee needing time away from work. Alto has a leave request process to review each request on a case by case basis. A leave request can be a block of time or intermittent. Common reasons for a leave include personal serious medical condition, taking care of an immediate family member with a serious medical condition, or to fulfill military orders.
