Vision Plan

MetLife has partnered with VSP to be its vision network. VSP Choice has the largest network of vision care providers in the U.S. Please use the MetLife Vision Provider Directory to ensure your eye doctor is in-network to maximize your coverage. Select the VSP Choice Network.

Please note: After you have completed your enrollment, eligibility information will be sent to the carriers on the next weekly file, which is scheduled for Friday morning. Dependent eligibility will be sent to the carriers on a weekly Friday morning file following dependent verification documents being received and approved. The carriers take approximately 3-4 business days to process the files. An ID card is not mailed out. However, you can use the Alto Pharmacy Vision Generic ID Card (provided here to your right). MetLife is the administrator of the VSP plan. When making an appointment, let the provider know you are a VSP member and they can verify your benefits with your personal information.
