Let’sGetChecked Test Kits
- All employees will receive a QR card each quarter to redeem a free Let’sGetChecked test kit. These at-home test kits are private, simple, and empowering — giving you the tools to better understand your body and make informed health choices. Each quarter, you can choose from a range of tests. Results are delivered directly and confidentially through the Let’sGetChecked portal, along with clinical support if follow-up care is needed.
Fertility Discounts
- Full-Time and Part-Time employees are eligible for fertility medication discounts. Fuze Health provides medications associated with IVF and/or Egg Freezing treatments at a discount as close to at cost as possible. Our medical plans cover other fertility-related costs to varying extents.
- This program is available for all benefit eligible Fuze Health employees, including any individuals who are listed as dependents. Employees can also use this benefits towards purchasing medications for a donor/surrogate of theirs.
