To ensure you have the best support possible during your time away, Fuze Health partners with The Larkin Company to manage all leave of absence requests. Larkin serves as your dedicated point of contact throughout the entire process—from your initial request to your return to work.
Paid Leave Benefits
We are proud to offer comprehensive paid leave options to support you during significant life events. Eligible employees may access paid benefits for the following leave types:
- Childbirth Recovery: Dedicated time for birthing parents to recover and rest.
- Bonding Leave: Paid time for parents to bond with a new child (via birth, adoption, or foster placement).
- Caregiver Leave: Support for those needing time away to care for a family member with a serious health condition.

How to Request a Leave
Initiating a leave is a simple, three-step process:
1. Submit Your Request: Log in to the Larkin Employee Portal to complete your leave application.
2. Larkin Outreach: A Larkin representative will reach out to you directly to guide you through the next steps, including setting up your leave schedule and pay.
3. Documentation & Updates: Larkin will manage all required documentation and medical certifications. They will also coordinate with your Leader and the HR team regarding your leave status and return-to-work date.
