Vision Plan

MetLife has partnered with VSP to be its vision network. VSP has the largest network of vision care providers in the U.S. which gives you and your family members the flexibility to choose any provider that you wish to use. Please use the MetLife Vision Provider Directory to ensure your eye doctor is in-network to maximize your coverage.

An ID card is not mailed out. However, you can use the Fuze Health Vision Generic ID Card (provided here to your right). MetLife is the administrator of the VSP plan. When making an appointment, let the provider know you are a VSP member and they can verify your benefits with your personal information.
