What's New or Changing for 2027?
As we approach the new plan year, we are excited to announce several updates and enhancements to our benefits program. Here’s a summary of what’s new and how these changes can positively impact you and your family.
Medical:
Healthcare costs across the U.S. continue to rise sharply, yet Fuze Health remains committed to providing highly competitive core benefits. Our medical plans will stay the same in 2027, with only modest adjustments to deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums. On the Cigna HDHP, the in-network deductible increases to $1,750 for employee-only coverage and $3,500 for coverage that includes dependents. On the Kaiser CA HDHP, the in-network deductible increases to $1,750 for employee-only coverage and $3,500 for coverage that includes dependents. The in-network out-of-pocket maximum also moves to $3,500 for individuals and $7,000 for families, in line with IRS requirements.
Dental:
We’re excited to share that, beginning in 2027, Cigna will be our new dental carrier. Your dental benefits and premiums will stay the same.
Visit the Dental page for more detailed information.
Vision:
We will transition our vision coverage from MetLife to VSP as our new vision carrier, and your current vision benefits and premiums will remain the same.
Refer to the Vision page for additional details.
Supplemental Plans:
Cigna will be our accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity insurance carrier.
For additional details, please visit the Supplemental Plans page.
