Time Off
Time off for 2026 details coming soon!
Supporting You Outside The Office
It is important to ensure employees have the time and freedom they need to recharge away from work.
Vacation Time
Taking time to recharge with paid time off is essential for our well-being and productivity. Fuze Health provides two vacation plans:
For exempt employees, we offer a "take the time you need" policy. You must work with your lead to schedule and take the time off you need to rest and recharge. Employees are required to enter your time off into Workday.
Non-exempt employees receive 15 paid vacation days in Year 1; 18 days in Year 2 and 21 days in Year 3 and beyond. Please make sure to enter your time off into ADP Workforce Now.
Parental Leave
Fuze Health provides 14 weeks paid parental leave for birthing parents (disability plus parental) and 8 weeks paid parental leave for non-birthing parents, so you can take time with your new family member.
- Step 1: Plan it Out - Work with your manager well in advance of making any commitment to ensure that key deliverables remain on track while you are out. Work with Total Rewards Team to learn about parental leave at Fuze Health.
- Step 2: Get the OK - Managers need to OK all time off requests once dates are settled, so make sure you submit for approval.
- Step 3: Communicate – Give your coworkers a heads up before going out on enjoying your time away. Update your calendar, Slack status and OOO email replies.
