2026-2027 Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment is the only time you can make changes to your benefits decisions each year, unless you experience a qualifying life event during the year.

Open Enrollment Overview

We are excited to announce that our Annual Open Enrollment period is approaching. This is your once-a-year opportunity to review and make changes to your health insurance plans and other benefits.

The Open Enrollment period will begin on Monday, August 17 and end on Friday, August 28. Please make sure to complete all necessary actions within this timeframe.

During this period, you can:

Enroll in New Plans: If you are not currently enrolled in our benefit plans, this is your chance to sign up.

Make Changes to Existing Coverage: You can switch plans, add or drop dependents, or make other adjustments to your current coverage.

Evaluate your Benefit Options: Take a look at any new benefit plans or changes to existing plans that may be available this year.

Passive Enrollment: This year we will have a passive enrollment. This means if you are satisfied with your current benefits and do not wish to make any changes, no action is needed. Your benefits will seamlessly carry over into the next plan year.

The only exception is for all HSA and FSA benefits, which you are required to re-enroll annually.

We highly encourage you to review your benefits annually even if you are declining benefits.

Your benefits will be effective October 1st, 2026.

What's New or Changing?

As we approach the new plan year, we are excited to announce several updates and enhancements to our benefits program. Here’s a summary of what’s new and how these changes can positively impact you and your family.

New Plan Year (10/1/2026-9/30/2027)

Our renewal date will be moving to October 1st, with each future plan year beginning on that date going forward. This change is designed to better align with our company's operations and avoid our peak season. Elections made during this open enrollment period will take effect October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027.

Employee Health Plan Costs

We're happy to share that employee costs will remain unchanged from the current plan year to the new one. Per pay period costs will stay the same through 9/30/2027.

New HSA and FSA Vendor

We're pleased to announce that starting October 1, 2026, Spreetail will be transitioning from Navia to Benepass for spending account administration. This includes HSA and/or FSA accounts (Dependent Care, Healthcare, and Limited Purpose).

Got questions? We’ve got you covered with this Q&A.

Visit the Spending Accounts page for more details on accessing your new account(s), transferring balances, and more!

IRS Contribution Limits for 2026

Health Savings Account (HSA)

  • Individual HSA: The 2026 calendar year contribution limit for individuals with self-only coverage under a high-deductible health plan (HDHP) is $4,400.
